add some overmap tiles #86

This adds a new tileset for the overmap.

I slightly edited a tree sprite for forest tiles, reused road pond and gras tiles and tried to make a new house tile. 2021-09-02-214138_2053x1439_scrot

I also made a bunch of forest trails. 2021-09-02-214914_2052x1439_scrot

I copied the residential.json list from https://github.com/CDDA-Tilesets/UltimateCataclysm-src/blob/103ac9108799668fed4b363fb255c5c2f14ccd48/pngs_normal_32x32/overmap/residential.json
