It's f_bench it rotate weirdly when next to a wall. I just now tried to set rotates:false, but that doesn't seem to fix it. I'm currently on CDDA 61758e808490f7ee589d0d1867e1ba7d60d02aa6 from September 1. The map location is a restaurant.
