I have been using kube-forwarder with great sucess on Ubuntu. However, the exact same setup does not work on my Mac. When I run a given port forward entry, it starts but the local port is not available. Also, the link for HTTP ports can't be clicked as it can when running on Ubuntu. Is there anything special I need to do for it to work on a Mac? I am using k3d for my local cluster and running the latest MacOS.
