Feature Idea: Discord integration #16

I hope many of use Mute Me with Discord, but if you mute microphone via Mute Me Discord doesn't see it. So you are appearing like this

instead of

snimek obrazovky 2018-01-23 v 10 56 47

so it will be nice if muting microphone with Mute Me also muted you on Discord.

Thank you @Nyqi Unfortunately it is not possible to do, because mute me app works on global level and mute microphone totally, but apps like discord just mute audio stream which goes from their app.
