The shortcut cmd + shift + = is used in Excel to insert a new row. When mute-me is running, inserting new rows using the shortcut does not work anymore

@BalassaSamuelson we want to implement functionality to define custom shortcut in next version

Fixed by the PR https://github.com/pixel-point/mute-me/pull/9 Also we added new release 1.1.0 and updated link on the site @BalassaSamuelson
