Fix install and clean actions #22

Fix the following warnings when building (after configure action):

config.status: creating Makefile
config.status: WARNING:  'Makefile.in' seems to ignore the --datarootdir setting
config.status: creating Makefile-build
config.status: WARNING:  'Makefile-build.in' seems to ignore the --datarootdir setting

Remove some remaining files when doing 'make clean' and 'make distclean' actions (manpage and Makefile-build).
