Add option to remove characters/bytes? #28

In the manpage of this program, there is section called Cut&Paste but there is no option to cut/remove characters listed there. I can overwrite the existing ones but there is no way to just delete them.

Sorry, hexedit is meant for big files (or devices) for which inserting/deleting is very I/O costly.
