Add logout button on the new header #973

The new header, which is now being used in the backup account flow, should have a button to allow the user to logout.

Acceptance Criteria

When I click on the "Logout" button, my session should be finished and I should be redirected to the login page.

Other criteria:

Responsive
Mobile first
Accessible (linters)

In Scope

Implement the post call to logout (this might require changes to the layout so that it is a button, not a link)
