Fix broken gems and tests #58

Adds back commented tests, fixes dependencies to be able to run tests and adds files to .gitignore.

@anikarni: The webapp soledad sync test depends on the soledad-client to be installed - have you actually tried to remove it and ran the LEAP tests wich run_tests ? I suspect that the soledad sync test will fail.

@varac , this is just removing the preferences snippet for pixelated, but doesn't remove installation. Will run the tests, though, to be sure.

@varac , ran the tests without the snippet and everything passed. But you are right to check that, because the test might eventually fail if the soledad-client version is not compatible with the soledad-server. Hadn't thought about that. Might not be worth removing it, if that might eventually happen.
