Parallax 2.0 not working on mobile #301

I've tried to port to 2.0 on my client's website but it still doesn't work on mobile. I thought I red on the website it should? https://pakariapowell.com/ (New arrivals section)

Here's an example of 2.0 where it does work it seems? What's the difference? https://shackpalacerituals.com/

Same here. Both versions 1 and 2 not working on iOS. Is there still support/development on this plugin?
