Rewrote a lot of the volume logic to sync with TT's setting #2

This should now be fully synced with TT's volume setting, including if you refresh without the script, I've also included a few fixes for volumes < 7 because for some reason TT treats any volume < 7 as 0.

feel free to make your own changes as well.
