Not possible to upload a new avatar with the android app #97

Go to your profile. Click the edit button to edit your photo. Upload a new photo.

Expected: There's a button or some affordance to save the changes Actual: No way to actually save the profile pic so it gets uploaded

Fixed in build 0.19!
