Problems with pixelfed installation: URLs not working, profile image etc. #160

Hello,

I have installed Pixelfed on a server with Debian 10, Apache, MySQL 10.5 and PHP-FPM 8.1. I followed the generic installation guide here: https://docs.pixelfed.org/running-pixelfed/installation/; my instance is here: https://pix.regenpfeifer.net

The instance is basically working, but unfortunately I am observing some strange errors:

1) it is not possible to change / upload a profile image

2) some URLs are not working, especially in the settings menu I am getting double URLs like: https://pix.regenpfeifer.net/settings/https//pix.regenpfeifer.net

3) The email confirmation link succesfully sent to my mail address is empty

4) The smartphone app pixeldroid doesn't recognize my instance

I dont't have any idea what causes these errors and would appreciate very much any hints.
