OAUTH Clients not configurable #178

Hi!

First: Thanks for this platform!

I am running Pixelfed 8ac41196a

After following the manual https://docs.pixelfed.org/technical-documentation/api/#authorization I tried to call /settings/applications. This gives me a 404 error.

What do I do wrong?
