[Woo] The Buttons and Fields on Cart Page are not consistent #275

While testing Rosa2 v1.12.0, I noticed the "Update Cart" button is not aligned with the "Apply coupon" button, and these two buttons are smaller than the "Coupon code" field:

Tested with Nova Blocks v1.12.0, Style Manager v2.0.0, and WooCommerce v5.4.1
