[Style Manager] Mock initial color palettes #100

Insert a couple of initial hard-coded color palettes using the existing preset field type. This way we can test color palettes and master colors connections across themes and properly assess the design impact.

We will work off on a branch(https://github.com/pixelgrade/customify/tree/100-mock-color-palettes) since this is temporary (at least for now).

@georgeolaru @razwan There is now a mock_style_manager_config.php file in the root of the plugin on the 100-mock-color-palettes branch. There you will find the configuration for the color palettes and the 5 master colors without the connected fields settings - those will come from each theme.
