Integrate with WP Super Cache plugin to prevent concatenating or moving webfontloader script #201

Since it is important that webfontloader-1-6-28.js script is loaded before the inline script that triggers the loading of webfonts, we should automatically prevent caching plugins to change the order.

Actually WP Super Cache doesn't mess with static assets, so there are no issues.
