Color Palette not appling on the entire page - Hive #247

A customer reports that the color palette does not apply on the entire page in the Hive theme, but seems to stop after he scrolls past the first viewport.

I've tested locally, and I get the same result expecially if I enable Dark Mode.

I tested with different version of WordPress (down to 5.8.3) but with no changes. The issue is still there.
