[Review] RTL-dependant stylesheet enqueue #30

There is a check for RTL before enqueuing the main stylesheet, but there is no RTL stylesheet provided. So if it's RTL, no stylesheet at all?

Am scos if-ul la care se referea deoarece Noah nu este verificata a fi RTL-ready momentan.
