Conversation System: Make the "Background" field optional by-default #441

When the 'commenterBackground' variable is set to false, the background fields is removed but the user cannot comment as it's receiving the following error: CleanShot 2023-06-15 at 11 13 25

Make the commenter "Background" field optional, so the user can add a comment without filling the background field.
