Clicking on "Open data" doesn't do anything #1150

CONTEXT I click on "Open Data".

EXPECTATION I get my data in different formats, like json.

PROBLEM Doesn't do anything, even if it looks like a button, is not a real button.

SOLUTION Make it a real button or change the aspect so doesn't look like an interactive item.
