Don’t restrict info by area in the map #1049

In a map, I don’t see the point of restricting the area : a map is already a tool to restrict informations by area… If I zoom out, I may see all informations (filter by the tools in the right column) available in the area on the screen.

@Kgneo : dans l'esprit de ce dont on discutait la dernière fois, on ne pourrait pas dire que lorsque l'utilisateur passe un level de zoom c'est comme si il élargissait sa recherche avec la cible ?
