Double way to install the BDD structure

Pour plus de sureté. l'installation de la structure BDD peut dorénavant se faire de deux manière:

• commande exec()
• séquence PHP

For better performances and make sure every is installed propery, we now perform one of those two ways, according to which works better :

• exec() command which calll the linux functions
• PHP prog.
