Feature request: Ulanzi TC001 buzzer support #330

Ulanzi TC001 has a buzzer on pin GPIO15, at the same time it does not have an option to connect DFPlayer.

The proposal is to disable sound controls for this platform, while also having the "play sound on boot" option play a simple tone via the buzzer using the tone() function.

Support for the buzzer has future potential of adding sounds to events via API/MQTT or setting alarms.
