Allow distinct modifications to screen playlist #16

Currently, you only can redefine the playlist as a whole. If you want to remove a screen from the list, you have to state the remaining screens. If you want to add screens to the list, you have to state all screens.

It would be great to have nodes that say:

add screen X (if not already existing)
remove screen Y (if existing) By this, for example, temporary screens (It will rain at 12.15pm) can be added and removed automatically.
