Keep playing GIF until if it has started before DISPLAY_TIME_SECONDS has been reached? #38

Right now, a GIF longer than DISPLAY_TIME_SECONDS won't fully play, and it sometimes seems abrupt to cut off even a looping GIF in the middle instead of at the end
