Add ESP32 wiring option for Wemos/Lolin chips #106

This is required for chips that have 16MB of flash and 8MB of PSRAM as they can't use the same pins as the NodeMCU wiring defined by ESP32_JC_RIBBON_PINOUT

I had made changes to this file already, so needed to manually merge your changes. I added the new board definition but the #define number changed. I didn't test this board definition
