Updating 1.5 branch to compile in Eclipse. #20

Moving all externs to Externs.h include file. Verified on both Eclipse and Arduino 1.6.4.

Future Ideas

From software design standpoint, everything in Externs.h is a "global" – ie, used by all other classes. So it might make sense to create an Aurora class with all of these methods, and have .ino file
