i did, first i entered something in terminal so tat i have option for manage plugins, then i used alt deploy that i downloaded first cuz if the name is wrong it doesn't work ig

There's a workaround if you cannot fix it. Run the following command in the terminal:

sudo /path/to/AltDeploy.app/Contents/MacOS/AltDeploy -i

I don't know how to describe that... Can you instead try renaming the app without spaces? Afterwards reinstall the mail plugin from the app itself

Wherever the AltDeploy app is located. Usually /Applications/or ~/Downloads/ so the command would be sudo /Applications/AltDeploy.app/Contents/MacOS/AltDeploy -i or sudo ~/Downloads/AltDeploy.app/Contents/MacOS/AltDeploy -i

Not having any luck with the plugin either. I'm still on High Sierra with a few weeks until I'll have tome to move to Mojave so I'm stuck on Mail 11.5 with no option to "Manage Plugins" This is the message I get:
