tvOs support #47

Would it be possible to add an option in the dropdown menu for chimera 1.3.9 tvOs as the default chimera is for iphone/ipad. And trying to add the downloaded ipa causes altdeploy 3 to crash after checking certificates

I found this crash as well - was unsure if it was an issue with the .IPA or with AltDeploy itself.
