rename lease.ttl.seconds and enable.absolute.balancer to heartbeat.lease.ttl.seconds and cache.absolute.balancer.enabled, respectively.
Revise the document for pixels cache, add vmtouch installation, and make it consistent with the code.
minor revision of the code and scripts.
