Tachyons in src/layouts? #1

I'm a bit confused as to why put almost the entirety of Tachyons's source code in src/layout as opposed to declare (and use) it as a regular, upgradable dependency (in package.json)? Thanks

Hello Sebastien. The answer is simple; because I do not know much about these... If you think there is a better way would you feel like making a PR and fixing it? Making this resource better is always welcome.
