Initial infection needs multiple clicking on "okay" #100

The initial infection of the 9 cities leads the player to click on "okay" as many times as there are cubes that are being added to the cities (initial total number of cubes added is 18; the player needs to click on "okay" 18 times, rather than 9 times).

Doesn't really affect the game... We'll fix it if we have time.
