Updated Infection according to ThePhi's
Implemented functional Epidemic Card (a player who draws an epidemic card will automatically perform the steps of drawing such a card)
Fixed actions as per James

Anything that is INFECTION has to be handle in the infectionCard.cpp or infectionCard.h, it will make it simplier to look infection for X reason
