Hi,

when "keep original images" option is disabled, the drag & drop image function of TinyMCE editor not works (image is uploaded, but not shown in the editor window).

Hi, now I use JCE+PXLCompressor, but when image upload, this error is occured: Screenshot - 2020-03-15T225248 213

Image is uploaded, but this error is still shown.. When PXL is disabled, it's OK,

Thanks, my JCE is up-to-date (2.8.9), it's strange when PXL is disabled, this error disappear, but I'll ask JCE support. Thanks

strange.. i had this issues with JCE... was a known issue.. and was fixed .. do you have the latest PXL compressor version (downloaded here).. auto update does not give you the latest version..
i don't have any issues with JCE and PXL compressor reguarding this issue.

Hi, yes, I have PXL 1.3, and now I have the same issue on the other website.

Joomla 3.9.18 PXL 1.3 JCE 2.8.11 Helix Ultimate framework

All latest version

today i will be building a new website... incl. pxl compressor.. i will check on this issue.. i will use gantry5 framework .. keep you posted @benyrfg

Hello @benyrfg just tested it on a default helix framework template. steps.. 1 installed default helix template (quickstart)

  1. update all extentions and joomla
  2. installed pxl compressor from install from web (version 1.1)
  3. installed jce editor from install from web (v1.8.11)
  4. enable pxl compressor with settings enabled compression etc
  5. set jce editor as default editor
  6. test upload image with media manager (test succesvol. image compressed)
  7. test upload image on new article (jce editor) (test succesvol. images compressed)

so i can not reproduce the issue on this website.. can you arrange backend access to that site to have a look... ? perhaps i can see / fix the issue.

when sellecting a scall option other then default the current version is giving a error..
