I use the same php version and have no errors . I use tiny and smash..

Smash performance is poor currently.

When do you get this error? Steps to reproduce?

I saw in the errorlog, that the last entry is from 7. December. Meanwhile i upload images – with no error. Perhaps a temporary server misconfiguration? 😊
