Add Closed Captions #126

The javascript part of this seems to be already implemented.

We might want a scoreboard checkbox too, but that would require all the translations to be updated.

It didn't work on the Old YouTube Player before. There's a comment directly above the enableCC function in JS that states this. I don't know if it works on the new, crappy, one though.

It does actually work on the flash YouTube player, but very few videos actually have CC
