One of these Commits fulfills the request in Issue #44 ,

Most of the changes look fine, but the call to AddAnnouncement in cl_log.lua is incorrect and errors upon a video playing. Please separate any future pull requests into their own features. I'll merge this for now, but I will have to make some fixes before deploying them to workshop.
