I designed the new clientside video logging system and I designed it in a way to be backward compatible between Cinema versions. Unless you've done something with mix-matching lua files, it should still work with the older versions, just without the duplicate video fixes. As for Downvoting, it was removed several months ago because it was a system that was abused too easily and frequently. I wouldn't expect Sam to have any intention of adding it back.

As @WinterPhoenix96 stated, downvoting was abused far too often to the point where all videos in a queue had negative vote values.
