Support deck name / descriptions in solo #430

Screenshot_2 For some reason CRC code is showing up in the deck list description and deck name for loaner/CPU decks after updating the mod for the new Masters Saga selection pack update on 7/29/24. This is probably a good time to point out that making it possible to edit these two fields has been on the to-do list for the mod for a long while now, anyway.
