Pixhawk 4 datasheet, stm 32 pinouts and port pinouts #86

Stm32 pinout is currently hosted as a google spreadsheet. For now, I have provided the link to that spreadsheet in FMUv5_stm32_pinout.md. Do you want me to add the spreadsheet here?

@LorenzMeier can you please have a look at this and merge it? Jinger wants to make the content for Pixhawk 4 public as soon as possible.

@bkueng I think Lorenz may not have time to check this. Jinger is insisting we should merge it now (since Pixhawk 4 has already launched) and then later discuss the "hosting what and where" problem with @LorenzMeier .
