Not enough words for read #62

I found this error log on grpc02 under the pixie16 account. We had an error on September 28, 2015. I believe we were first starting to do the test setup for the VANDLE setup at ISOLDE to produce high rate related issues. I do not think that we saw the message again after the slot read error was fixed.

The error message is as follows

As this has not been reproduced, I'm closing it until it is observed again.
