Unpack More Data Formats #17

We would like to be able to unpack/merge more data formats than just an LDF. This is a long term project, since we are still using an LDF as the primary data format.

For the nscl formats you may be able to use the class from ksmith0/evt2root (Currently on the v3 branch)

There is also the ddasdumper program written by Sean and Chris at the NSCL.
