Events in DetectorSummary outside EventWidth #6

DetectorSummaries sometimes have time differences between the first and last events that are greater than the EventWidth. The percentage of the time that this occurs is dependent upon the eventWidth parameter.

After talking with R. Grzywacz this seems to be by design.
