necessary changes for lights haven't been published to npm yet

as soon as I pointed at this particular release of pixi, pixi-lights started working. @ivanpopelyshev said "* Expose drawModes like blendModes" was the commit that fixes this. I guess particular constants were moved recently (after 3.0.6,) and the 3.0.6 version is the latest published to npm.

I released pixi v3.0.7, and updated to that.
