Feature Request: Support of createPortal #537

Description

It would be great if we could use API similar to vanilla react createPortal in pixi-react. Benefits are pretty obvious. As an example of API we could use react-three-fiber createPortal: https://r3f.docs.pmnd.rs/tutorials/v8-migration-guide#createportal-creates-a-state-enclave
