Meet license obligations #36

There are some things that need to be done in order to comply with the app's own license and those of the libraries it uses. Find out what those are and do them.

One thing that does need to be done for GPL3 is to maintain own source code repos for libraries used.

With commit f08b4f5, obligations for Qt6 and pybind11 have been met. This issue will be left open and blocked for the time being, in case other libraries end up being included.
