Create playuver.spec #25

Create spec file for various RPM-based distributions. Tested with CentOS 7, Fedora 21, and openSUSE. This spec file depends on pull request #24 (pixmaps directory).

The openSUSE build already includes the patches from the pull requests #23 and #24 (it would fail otherwise). The Fedora and CentOS builds are unmodified git checkouts from master. Builds fail without QtWebKit and CentOS does not include it which is why I forked it into my Test repo. If you choose to use OBS as well, you need to do the same.

I did not test Mageia, Open Mandriva,… as those distros are not supported by OBS. It should work, though or at least work with minor modifications.

Thanks. I will check that file tommorrow. I am trying to fix dependencies for windows builds
