Show hex tag id's in EXIF #63

for exiftool, -H needs to be added (to each system('exiftool ... invocation)

And for exiv2, please call it like exiv2 -u -PEIXxkycsvt it is rather more verbose

Not sure if i want to rewrite the parser for it all, or hack it together and extract that information in a different file.
