In order to prevent accidents, it is best to treat it much like "delete" there should be a string input, which should not be empty (not stored in the db, maybe only in the status mail) (And i would even add additional alert combobox (with yes/no) for additional safety, since this masterset is really one-time-only thing...)

That was apparently fixed (except mail, not really sure needed) back in 025e62807ac747ee69ee86ca1c63afb9e15f3d57
